Matt Marasch, Founder
Matt has been working with Microsoft SQL Server Databases for over 24 years.
He attained the Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA) certification in June, 2002 while working for Nextel Partners. During his career, he has achieved 20 Microsoft certifications to include Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (Data Management and Analytics), Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals and an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
Matt has proven experience in both development and operations in both mid to large size companies. This makes him a remarkable fit to assist organizations in developing maintainable solutions.
Some of his accomplishments include working for several Fortune 500 companies such as:
*SQL Server Operations Lead at UnitedHealth Group
*Database Architecture Consultant at C.H. Robinson
* Database Developer and Architect at U.S. Bank

Matt is also proud of being a veteran who served with the 82nd Airborne Division in Desert Storm and Shield. He later served as an Engineer Sergeant in 7th Special Forces Group on an A-Team.
When he is not working, Matt enjoys kayak fishing and creating pottery.
